BLOOMFIELD, N.J. - The Bloomfield College women's soccer team dropped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) battle Tuesday afternoon against Caldwell College on the road, 4-1. The Bears only goal came from their scoring leader,
Simone McEnough (Neptune, NJ) who netted her 6
th of her senior year.

The Bears fell to 4-8-0 and 2-7-0 in conference play, while the Cougars improved to 6-7-0 overall and 5-4-0 in the CACC.

The Cougars enjoyed a 1-0 advantage at the break after scoring a goal in the 22
nd minute of play. The fired in two more goals within two minutes of each other to begin the second half for a 3-0 advantage.

Bloomfield got on the board in the 70th minute with McEnough's goal and cut their deficit to 3-1. The Cougars would wrap up the game scoring with an added goal at the 82:22 minute mark and handed the Bears their second consecutive conference loss.
Emira Sela (Staten Island, NY) returned in goal for the first time since September 5, and picked her first loss of the year as Bloomfield surrendered the most goals of their 2017 campaign against Caldwell.

Next on the schedule for the Bears will be the Jefferson Rams as Bloomfield travels to Philadelphia for another CACC battle. The road team will be looking to stop their two-game slide when the teams face off Saturday afternoon at 1:30 pm.
