WOMEN'S BASKETBALL SPONSORS 'GO 4 THE GOAL' GAME TO RAISE AWARENESS FOR PEDIATRIC CANCER

BLOOMFIELD, NJ – On Saturday, the Bloomfield College women's basketball team will host Lincoln University while raising funds for Go 4 the Goal, an organization that strives to help children with cancer. Goal 4 the Goalprovides financial support, develops and implements unique hospital programs, funds innovative research, and grants personal wishes for children with cancer.

The Bloomfield College women's basketball team will wear gold laces for the game in support of Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer, which was established in 2011 as a response to athletic teams in New Jersey that wanted to show their commitment to the fight against pediatric cancer.

Proceeds collected from Saturday's 2:00 p.m. non-conference, regional match-up against the Lions will be donated to provide support for pediatric cancer patients and their families in local New Jersey areas. We invite you to be in attendance and help us with this cause as we show how Bears Care.
