NEW CASTLE, Del.- (DAY 3) The Bloomfield College women's bowling team finished in ninth place Sunday as they closed out their play at the Wildcats Invitational hosted by Wilmington University.
 
The Bears entered Sunday's bracket play as the eighth seed. Bloomfield fell to Daemen College 4-0 in their opening match. The Bears then lost to Medialle College 4.5-2.5 before closing out play with a 4-1 win over Mercyhurst College to secure ninth place.  
 
The Bears go into hibernation for all of December and return to action after their Holiday Break in mid-January. They will travel to the Northeast Classic hosted by Sacred Heart and Long Island starting on January 17 at the AMF Bristol Pike Lanes in Croydon, Pennsylvania.
