BLOOMFIELD, NJ – In an overtime thriller the women's basketball team drooped a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) game at home to the University of Bridgeport, 75-69 Wednesday evening.

INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- The Bears led by as many as seventeen in the 2nd quarter but shot only 15.38 percent (2-for-13) in the fourth quarter.
- Bridgeport held a 15-2 advantage in bench production thanks to Valle and led in points off turnovers, 21-15.
- Bloomfield out-rebounded the visitors, 43-37 despite only using six players for the game and doubled-up the Purple Knights, 16-8 in second chance points.
- The visitors had a season-best 21 assists on 26 made field goals and converted 18-for-25 from the free-throw line.
