BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The Bloomfield college women's basketball team took on Berkeley College on Tuesday, and came away with a 73-47 win. The North American Conference for Intercollegiate Athletics (NACIA) victory in The Den saw
Nia Mallette go for a game-high 25 points coupled with 12 rebounds that pushed the Bears win-streak to five with just two games left in the regular season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Bloomfield was hot out of the gate, jumping on the Knights, 23-7 in the first quarter.
- By the half the home team grew their lead to, 41-16 as Mallette poured in 13 on the strength of 3-for-4 shooting from beyond the three-point line.
- Anisha Able notched her 14th double-double of the season, snagging a game-high 16 boards and adding 14 points.
- Kayla Lewis added 9 points, knocking in 2-of-3 from long range while Kaleigh Valle and Chloe Cassidy each chipped in 8 points.
- The Bears defense managed to force 25 Knight turnovers in the game that led to 20 points.
- The Bears still sit comfortably at the #2 spot in the USCAA National Poll.
