Biography

About Ventura:  Returning to the Deacons after redshirting for the club in 2011, Cesar will assume one of the starting spots in the middle of the field for Bloomfield as a sophomore in 2012.

As a freshman:  Played in 15 games with seven starts...Registered a goal and two assists on 16 shots, with six shots on goal.

Before Bloomfield:  A decorated high school standout, Ventura earned All-County, All-Area and All-State honors during his brilliant career at North Bergen High School before joining the Bloomfield program in 2010.

Why Cesar chose Division II:  "I chose Bloomfield to be able to play soccer at a high level and to get a great education at a small school."
