About Koban:  One of the top third basemen in the CACC, Anthony rejoins the Deacons as a senior in 2013.  A middle of the order presence, the Deacons expect Koban to anchor the offensive attack in his final season with the program.

As a junior: Played in 43 games, totaling 162 at-bats...Batted .284 with 46 hits and 30 RBIs, good for second on the team...Also finished second on the Deacons in doubles (13)...Hit to a .383 slugging percentage...Earned a .357 on-base percentage while drawing 17 walks...Finished sixth in the CACC in doubles and eighth in Runs Batted In...Earned Second Team All-CACC honors following his stellar 2012 campaign.

Before Bloomfield:  A highly-decorated junior college player, Anthony earned second team All-GSAC, and second team All-Region 19 selections as both a freshman and sophomore during his two-year career at Union County College...Also holds the single-season records at UCC for hits (59), RBIs (49) and holds the career hits record (102).
