Biography

About Medrano:  A solid catcher with legitimate power to all fields, Felipe rejoins the Deacons as a senior in 2013 and will see time in both the outfield and behind the plate for Bloomfield.

As a junior:  Played in 21 games for Bloomfield as a junior in 2012, totaling 41 at-bats...Totaled 10 hits, driving in five runs on the season.

Before Bloomfield:  Felipe starred at North Iowa Area Community College for two seasons before joinging the Bloomfield College program in 2011.

Why Felipe chose Division II:  “I believe Bloomfield college was the best choice I had to improve academically and athletically and Division II seemed like the right level to develop my skills as a baseball player.”
