Biography

2014-2015 Aubrey Orr hopes to build upon a solid freshman campaign and should be a key player for the Bears this season.  Orr batted .305 last season while starting nearly every game at second base.  She led the team with eight sacrifice bunts while also placing second on the team with 20 RBIs despite batting most of the season in the second spot in the lineup.  For her efforts, Orr was named Second Team All East Region by the NFCA.  Orr joined Kirsten Wilson as the first freshmen to be named All Region since Bloomfield became an NCAA Division II program.  A solid defender, Orr may switch over to third base as her primary position in 2015, but could also see time at second base, shortstop and outfield.
