Biography

About Ventura:  A versatile forward, Edwin will once again look to provide an instant jolt to the offensive attack as a senior in 2011.

As a junior:  Played in 17 games with one start...totaled two goals and two assists, with both of his tallies coming as game-winners in 2011...Registered 14 shots, with three shots on goal.

As a sophomore:  Ventura emerged as one of the premier reserves in the CACC in 2009, his energy and ability to create scoring chances making him a major part of the Deacons’ run to the CACC Final...Played in 20 games with six starts, his four goals placed him third on the team...Ventura's nine total points were good for fourth on the club.

As a freshman:  Played in 13 games with two starts, tallying a goal, two assists and registering seven shots for the Deacons. 

Why Edwin chose Division II:  “I Chose Bloomfield College because it is a great institution where I can pursue the major I wanted, accounting.  I chose Division II athletics because Bloomfield is an up-and-coming program and I wanted to be a part of that.”
