Biography

About Waters:  An imposing defender, Jonathan rejoins the Deacons as a senior in 2012 and will assume one of the starting spots on the club's back line heading into the start of the season.

As a junior:  Played in 17 games with 17 starts...Totaled two goals and four points during his junior campaign...Tallied 10 shots with four shots on goal...Provided quality play at the back of the Deacons' defense throughout his junior campaign.

Before Bloomfield:  In 2010, was named a Region 17 second team All-American, as well as a GCAA All-State honoree while at South Georgia College.

Why Jonathan chose Division II:  "I chose to come to Bloomfield to be part of a winning soccer program, and finish my education at a good school where I would be more then just a number."
