  The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires co-educational institutions of post-secondary education that participate in Title IV, federal student financial assistance program, and have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, revenues and expenses, by men’s and women’s teams. 
   
  This report must be made available upon request to students, prospective students and the public by October 15 each year.
