Malcolm Lash II, PhD is in his seventh season as an assistant coach for Gerald Holmes. He joined the Bloomfield staff after spending five seasons as an assistant coach at Nyack College in Nyack, N.Y.
Dr. Lash II is heavily involved in all aspects of the program's game preparation and on-court instruction and assists in recruiting efforts.
Prior to his time at Bloomfield, he spent three years as basketball coordinator and AAU coach at Next Level Sports and 24 Hour Fitness.
Dr. Lash II graduated in May 2016 with his Doctorate Degree in Education from International Christian Bible College. He received his Master's Degree in Special Education from the University of Akron in 2004. He is also graduate of Nyack College back in December, 2000 with a Bachelor’s degree in English, where he won the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Basketball Championship as an intricate part of the team.
