Biography

Toni Coleman joins the Deacons as a JUCO transfer from Palm Beach State College in Florida. Coleman is a power-hitting infielder who will lean on her years of experience playing highly competitve softball throughout her career. During her junior college career, Coleman registered a .353 average (91-258) with nine home runs and 49 RBI. Coleman was an All-Conference player for Palm Beach State in 2011. Coleman will give the Deacons more versatility as she has the ability to play 3rd base, 2nd base and catcher. She also has the potential to be a middle-of-the-lineup hitter in a strong BC lineup.
