Hailing from Wigan in the United Kingdom, coach Adair joins the Bears staff for his second stint as assistant on the sidelines. Gary coached alongside Peter-John Falloon thru the 2011 and 2012 seasons for Bloomfield men's soccer and helped lead the team to 2 consecutive CACC tournament appearances.
Since moving to the United States in 2003 Adair has received coaching qualifications from USSF National ‘A’ License and NSCAA Premier Diploma. He is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire, Preston, England, 1999-2003 with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Sport Science/Physiology).
Coach Adair's most notable professional experience includes Assistant Men's Soccer Coach at Manhattan where he was part of the staff which led team to MAAC Semi-Finals in 2013. He was the Head Boys Soccer Coach for Soccer Domain Football Club of NJ where Adair was in-charge of on-field training, recruiting and administration of 2 teams (’98 and ’99 Boys). His team became the USYS U16 National League, Champions (2015).
Gary also held the position of Head Boys Soccer Coach of the Eastern NY Olympic Development Program and the Head Boys Boys Varsity Coach at Madison High School in NJ. His Madison team won the Morris County Championship in 2009 and Adair won 'Coach of the Year' honors on three separate occasions.
