Aly Schraer joins the Bloomfield College coaching staff for the 2014-2015 season as the squad's pitching coach. After transferring to Bloomfield, Schraer was able to pitch two seasons for BC and became the only pitcher during the D2 era to start at least 50 games and never experience a losing season. During her first season, Schraer set a school record with 18 wins in leading BC to a 32-22 record. Her 28 wins over two seasons were the most for any Bloomfield pitcher over two consecutive seasons during the D2 era.
A standout at Paramus High School in New Jersey, Schraer also works as a private pitching instructor and is currently completing her nursing degree at Bloomfield.
