Biography

2014-2015: A versatile power hitter with strong leadership qualities, Greta Coleman expects to be a key player for the Bears during her first season here.  An All-Conference catcher from Olympic College in Washington where she hit .424 with seven home runs last year, Coleman expects to be one of the main power sources in the Bloomfield lineup this season.  In addition to seeing time behind the plate, Coleman can also play the corner infield and outfield positions.  A leader on the field, Coleman's strong arm and vocal style should provide the Bears with a strong catching tandem along with freshman Bayley Legarreta.  Coleman is also the president of Bloomfield College's Student Athlete Advisory Committee.
