Biography
About Brown: A solid low-post player, Alisha rejoins the Lady Deacons for her junior season, and will provide a quality option in the middle of the paint for Bloomfield during the 2013-2014 season.
As a freshman: Played in 21 games with two starts, averaging 7.1 minutes per game as a rookie in 2011-2012...Averaged 0.6 points and 1.3 rebounds per game...Totaled 20 offensive rebounds, finishing fourth on the Lady Deacons by averaging 1.0 offensive boards per contest...Totaled a season-high seven rebounds in a 73-45 victory over CACC North Division rival Post University December 4, 2011...Logged a season-high 21 minutes in a 64-44 victory over North Division foe Nyack College February 1, 2012.
Before Bloomfield: During her high school career at John F. Kennedy High School, Alisha earned second team All-County, and first team All-Conference selections in her junior and senior seasons.
