Sierra M. McDuffie joins the Bears staff for her first season as an assistant coach for Women's Basketball. McDuffie, a graduate and former student athlete at Felician University, received her bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing in 2016. She was a member of Sigma Beta Delta, the International Honor Society in Business, Management and Administration, and also in the National College Athlete Honor Society. In 2016, she was selected and participated in the Women's Basketball Coaching Association’s “So you Want to be Coach” program in Indiana, Indianapolis. 

After undergrad, McDuffie went to Temple University to earn her Master’s Degree in Sports Business - Marketing and Promotion. While at Temple she joined the Temple Men’s basketball staff alongside Fran Dunphry as a graduate manager from 2016-2018 season.
