Biography

About Thomas:  A solid low-post player who will make an immediate impact on the boards, Nakaida rejoins the Lady Deacons for her senior season in 2013-2014, and will provide an outstanding option at the forward position for Bloomfield this season.

As a sophomore (2010-2011):  Appeared in one game for Bloomfield, totaling three minutes played.

Before Bloomfield:  Nakaida starred at Trenton Catholic Academy for four seasons before joining the Bloomfield College Women’s Basketball program in 2010-2011.

Why Nakaida chose Division II:  “I chose to come to Bloomfield because it’s a small school, which was a perfect fit for me.”
