Biography

Danielle Blumberg returns for her third season as the goalie for Bloomfield College and will anchor the defense, which figures to be a strong point for the Deacons this year.  Blumberg had her second strong season for BC in 2007, setting school records for wins (5) and shutouts (4).  Blumberg had perhaps her best career game against Felician in 2007.  With the Deacons and Falcons fighting for the final CACC playoff spot, Blumberg came up with 12 saves and a 2-0 shutout win.  For the second straight year, Blumberg ranked in the top 10 nationally ni saves per game with 8.9.
