Biography
Kira Wagar's 2008 season came as a nice surprise for the Deacons. Despite not playing organized soccer in a couple of years, Wagar, who is a standout for the BC softball team, played in 18 games last season and provided the Deacons with a spark off the bench, Wagar has great speed and athletic ability and did well providing depth at forward and in the midfield. She also played a limited amount of time as a marking back as well. Wagar could also facotr into the goal keeping situation in 2009.
