The Bloomfield College women's soccer team lost their seventh straight game of the 2016 season Saturday afternoon during a 2-0 shutout at the hands of Goldey-Beacom College. The setback dropped the Bears to 0-7 overall and 0-4 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contests while the Lightning improved to 6-2 on the year and 3-1 in conference action.
 
Goldey-Beacom scored a marker in each of the two halves of play to secure the conference win. Freshman keeper, Adeline Argabrite (Bloomfield, N.J.) made her fourth consecutive start and made seven saves for the game.  Sophomore Carla Briscoe (Ontario, Canada) fired two shots on goal for the Bears but unable to get one past the Lightning keeper.
 
Bloomfield will take a short van ride to visit the Golden Falcons of Felician University on Wednesday for another CACC match up. The 7:00 pm battle under the lights in Lyndhurst, N.J. is set for September 28^th.
