INDIANAPOLIS – Bloomfield College men's basketball has been picked eighth in the East Region according to the third edition of the NCAA Division II regional rankings, which were released Wednesday.
The Bears, who finished the regular season with a 10-game win-streak, won their 11
thconsecutive game Tuesday evening during the opening round of the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Tournament. The regular season Champions handed Wilmington University a, 105-86 setback and advanced to the semi-final round to be played this Saturday, March 9 on the campus of Caldwell University, the host site of the 2018-19 CACC Championship. They will battle Goldey-Beacom College at 12:00 p.m. with Live Stats and Video available via links on Bloomfield's and the CACC websites.
Bloomfield is the only team from the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference to appear in the top-10.
The top eight teams in each region will make the NCAA Division II Tournament.
