  • The hosts reeled off a 7-0 run to start the 2nd frame and seized command up, 19-11but Bloomfield settled in and clawed out an 8-0 spurt of their own to erase their deficit. UDC pressed forward again to retake their 8-point advantage (34-26) heading into the halftime break.
  •  The home team's lead grew to as-many-as, 13 after a Williams layup made it 44-31 but once again the Bears were up to the task and a Tucker trey-ball to end the quarter capped a, 13-2 run to draw them within two (46-44).
  • The Firebirds soared in the final frame, reestablishing a ten point lead on a Benjamin three-pointer at the 6:55 minute mark and kept their guests at bay the rest of the contest.
