BLOOMFIELD, NJ – The Bears women's basketball team dropped their sixth-straight contest on Saturday when Bentley University came to The Den and took an, 86-48 non-conference win.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Bentley jumped in front during the first quarter shooting 47.4 percent from the floor as they put the Bears down fifteen (29-14) at the end of the period.
- The Falcons shot even better in the 2nd frame, knocking in 53.3 percent of their shots to take command of the game, 53-23 at intermission.
- Bloomfield won the third quarter as they doubled-up the visitors point output, 18-9 but Bentley reestablished themselves in the fourth to comfortably secure the non-conference win.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
- Bentley dominated the rebounds (48-32) and limited the Bloomfield to only 26.4 percent shooting.
- Points in the paint were 42-10 in favor of the visitors and second-chance points were 14-4 for the Falcons.
- The victory marked Bentley's 7th straight as they are tied for 5th in this week's WBCA Division II poll
