BLOOMFIELD, NJ – With a thrilling, double-overtime buzzer-beater in The Den, Bloomfield College men's basketball team, took down the USCAA Div 2's top team in Penn State University of York, 117-114. Senior,
Zamorian Singleton rose to the occasion with a last second shot that improved the Bears overall record to, 13-3 while PSU York fell to 14-3 on the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Bloomfield controlled the pace in the opening period and took a, 50-42 lead into the halftime break.
- The visiting Nittany Lions came roaring back in the second half to knot the score at 90-90 forcing overtime.
- The Bears were down by five in the first extra period (99-94) but found a way back when Jayden Bates scored a layup with one second remaining to force another overtime.
- This time the home team sat comfortably with a, 114-110 lead with under ten seconds to go but PSU York converted a four-point play after a Bates foul on a John Godinez made three-pointer.
- The Den erupted in pandemonium as Singleton calmly came down the court and knocked in a three-ball as the horn sounded.
- Singleton finished the game with a monstrous career-high, 36 points on 15-for-33 shooting to go along with 7 boards, 3 assists, 2 blocks and a steal.
- Freshman, Cameron McRae had a strong game with 27 points on 8-for-17 shooting from the floor.
- Freshman Jahi Whitney also had a career-day with 23 points and 11 boards for the first double-double in his Bloomfield tenure.
- Brandon Hendryx in his first career start netted 12 points in 28 minutes of action.
- Bloomfield is currently tied for 1st in the latest USCAA Division I national poll.
