ALBANY, NY – The men's basketball team avenged a, December 9
th USCAA loss when they took down Bryant and Stratton College of Albany, 110-108 on Thursday night. The road thriller came down to the wire with senior,
Marcus Bucknall coming up with a defensive stop on the last play to preserve the Bloomfield victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Bears took a two-point lead into halftime (53-51) which ended up being the deciding margin of the game as the teams each scored 57 in the 2nd period of play.
- The visiting team shot 50.0 percent (41-of-82) from the field and slightly edged out the Bobcats, 50-46 on the boards.
- Freshman guard, Cameron McRae scored a team-high, 25 points on 9-for-14 shooting that included 5-of-8 from three-point range.
- Bucknall recorded his fifth double-double of the year, netting 24 points (a season-high 10 field goals made) and 13 boards.
- Zamorian Singleton had another good day at the office as Bloomfield's leading scorer, for the season, poured in 22 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, dished our 7 assists and blocked 3 shots.
- The Bears, now 11-3 on the season and riding a six-game win streak, are tied for No. 1 in the nation after the USCAA Week 5 Poll was announced.
