Juskiewicz With 3 Homeruns To Help Fuel Offensive Outburst In The Bears Sweep Of Bucks County

NEWTOWN, Pa. – The Bloomfield Bears softball team put on a historic display of offensive power Friday afternoon, overwhelming Bucks County Community College in a doubleheader sweep. The Bears' bats were relentless from start to finish, racking up a staggering 48 runs and 52 hits across two games to secure 21-2 and 27-2 victories.

In the opening contest, Bloomfield broke a scoreless tie in the third inning with a nine-run outburst and never looked back. The onslaught continued in the fifth with another 10 runs to seal the 21-2 win. The Bears' lineup was clinical, with 25 hits highlighted by extra-base contributions from Kate Juskeiwicz, Angelina Eckert, Hailey O'Conner, Isabella Lopez and Kelly Varela.

The second game of the double-dip saw even more fireworks as Bloomfield erupted for 14 runs in the very first inning. Every starter in the lineup contributed to the 27-hit barrage, ensuring the Bears improved their overall record to 9-7 on the season. The pitching staff remained steady throughout the afternoon, holding the Centurions to just two runs in each of the two games.

The sweep marks a high-water mark for the Bears' offense this season as they continue their road trip with significant momentum. Juskiewicz hit three homeruns across both games giving her the top spot in the Nation with 6 long-balls this season.
