About Spivey:  One of the Lady Deacons' most talented players, Dominic returns for her third season at Bloomfield and will once again play a major role for the club as a junior in 2012.

As a sophomore:  Appeared in 24 matches with 82 sets played...Finished second on the Lady Deacons and 29th in the CACC with 191 total kills, to go with 73 digs and 16 service aces...Finished third on the club with 25 total blocks, and second on the team with 9 solo blocks...Totaled double-digit kills in seven matches in 2011...Totaled a career-high 18 kills in a loss to CACC rival Chestnut Hill College on October 1...Tallied a season-high four blocks in a loss to CACC rival Goldey Beacom College on October 8.

As a freshman:  Appeared in 15 matches with 56 sets played...Finished fourth on the 2010 club with 93 kills to post a 1.66 kills per set average...Notched six assists and two service aces...A force in front of the net on defense, Spivey recorded 17 solo blocks and 15 block assists, her .57 blocks per set average the top total on team...Posted a season high 11 kills on three separate occasions (October 12 against Caldwell College, October 20 against Felician College and October 23 against Molloy College)...Tallied four solo blocks in the October 20 match versus Felician, while racking up seven digs in the October 23 match against Molloy.

Before Bloomfield:  An All-Conference selection during her high school career, Dominic starred for four years at East Side High School before joining the Bloomfield College program as a freshman in 2010.

Why Dominic chose Division II:  "I chose Bloomfield because it was a place that would allow me to become the best student and volleyball player I could be."
