About Ferreira:  A defensive specialist throughout her college career, Evelyn was a productive member of the Lady Deacons over the course her four years at Bloomfield.  

As a senior:  Appeared in all 27 matches with 96 sets played...Tallied 58 kills to average .60 kills per set...Notched 23 assists and 26 service aces, her .27 aces per set ranking her third on the 2010 club...Totaled two solo blocks and three block assists while finishing second on the Lady Deacons with 303 total digs...Totaled a season high six kills against Concordia College on October 14...Posted at least 10 digs in 17 matches, including two 25-dig performances in her final season at Bloomfield.

As a junior:  Appeared in 21 matches with 75 sets played...Totaled one kill, 13 assists and 11 service aces...Finished fourth on the Lady Deacons with 221 total digs for a 2.29 digs per set average.

As a sophomore:  Appeared in 28 matches with 96 sets played...Totaled seven kills, five assists and one service ace...Led the Lady Deacons with 290 total digs to post a 3.02 digs per set average...Notched one solo block and five block assists.

As a freshman:  Appeared in 32 games with 111 sets played...Registered seven kills, four assists and five service aces...Totaled 182 digs for a 1.64 digs per game average.

Why Evelyn chose Division II:  "I chose to come to Bloomfield College because I wanted to study Biology, and the school had a great academic program for my major."
