PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (January 26, 2012) - The Bloomfield College women's basketball team fell to 9-10 overall and 6-6 in CACC play Saturday afternoon, as they dropped a 68-46 road decision to CACC South Division institution Holy Family University.

Nahja Carter (Neptune, N.J.) was the leading scorer for the Lady Deacons, notching 12 points, four rebounds and four steals in the loss. Fellow first-year guard
Ariel Wilson (Chesapeake, Va.) continued her solid all-around play with eight points, three rebounds and three steals, while junior guard
Ivettlis Castro (Carteret, N.J.) totaled six points off the bench. Rookie forward
Iman Williams (Chesapeake, Va.) tallied six points off the bench in the loss.
Bloomfield returns to action Tuesday, January 29, when they travel to take on CACC North Division rival Nyack College in the second leg of the clubs' annual home-and-home series. Tip-off for the contest is scheduled for 6 p.m.
