PHILADELPHIA, Pa. - The Bloomfield College women's basketball team fell to 11-13 overall and 8-9 in conference play Saturday afternoon, as they dropped a 68-55 road decision to the University of the Sciences in a late-season CACC contest. 

Junior shooting guard Ivettlis Castro (Carteret, N.J.) and sophomore center Tierra Scott (Bear, De.) each led the Lady Deacons with 13 points apiece in the loss, with Scott adding nine rebounds in a near double-double effort.  Senior forward Shaniqua Bacote (Paterson, N.J.) added eight points, eight rebounds and two assists in the loss. 

Bloomfield returns to action Tuesday, February 17, when they welcome nearby CACC North Division rival Caldwell College for a pivotal conference matchup.  Tip-off for the contest is scheduled for 6 p.m.
