LYNDHURST, N.J. – The Bears continued their Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) win streak Wednesday evening with a 3-0 sweep of the Golden Falcons on the road at Job Gymnasium. The 7th-consecutive league victory improved Bloomfield to 13-10 overall and 10-2 in conference games while Felician University fell to 0-12 on the year in CACC contests and 0-21 overall for 2016.
Bloomfield stayed in charge for the entire match with set scores of, 25-23, 25-11 and 25-17.

Valerie Bermudez (San Juan, P.R.) registered 14 digs, 10 kills and 4 service aces while classmate
Nayade Paulino (Paterson, N.J.) tallied 10 kills and 4 blocks for the evening. Fellow seniors
Edmarie Freytes (San Juan, P.R.) and
Jacquelyn Madlock (Alta Loma, Calif.) recorded 17 and 10 assists respectively.
The Bears now turn their attention to the first home tri-match of the season as they host Goldey-Beacom College and Mercy College on Saturday. The day begins with game one at 12:00 pm featuring the Bears facing the Lightning in CACC action and concludes with game three at 4:00 pm as the Bears battle the Mavericks in a non-conference match. Mercy and Goldey-Beacom will square off at 2:00 pm with all games being broadcast LIVE on the bcbearsathletics.com website.
