COLTS NECK, NJ- The Bloomfield Cross Country team competed today at the 1^st Annual Monmouth Tune-up meet when they traveled to Buck Hills Park, Colts Neck, NJ, hosted by Monmouth University. The Women's Cross Country team finished 3^rd as a team in Non-Division I school.
 
Shaniqua Kirkpatrick (St. Albans, NY) led the way finishing 23^rd overall and 1^st for the Bears when she clocked in with a time of 11:43.8 for the 3k race, while Vanessa Felice (North Bergen, NJ) clocked in with a time of 12:11.1. Rookie Dana Seamon clocked in with a time of 13:23.0 and Felicia Haidari (Bowie, MD) followed closely when she clocked in with a time of 13:49.5. Monica Dunkerson (Willingboro, NJ) finished the 3k race with a time of 15:08.4 and Naeemah Martin-Cain rounded out the score when she clocked in with a time of 17:42.0.
 
The Women's cross country team finished their regular season as they prepare for the CACC Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship hosted by Thomas Jefferson University on Sunday, October 28, 2018. The CACC Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Championship will be held in Belmont Plateau, Philadelphia, with the Women's Championship race starting off at 9 AM following by the Men's Championship race at 10 AM.
