JERSEY CITY, NJ – The Bloomfield College volleyball team hit the road to for a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) showdown with Alliance University (formally Nyack College) and pulled out a, 3-0 victory. The Tuesday evening sweep of the Warriors marked the Bears 8^th consecutive win and pushed their perfect league record to 7-0 and 8-4 overall. 
 
Bloomfield took the match with set wins of, 25-11, 27-25 and 25 17. Lauryn Hansford (Plainfield, NJ) had a game-high 20 assists and Karla Maldonado (Morovis, PR) chipped in 11 digs. Nahomie Alejandro Negron (Bayamon, Puerto Rico) recorded four service aces and three blocks.
 
The Bears will have little time to rest as they host The University of Bridgeport tomorrow night in The Den. The Wednesday, October 5^th CACC match-up with the Purple Knights is set for a 7:00 pm first serve in Bloomfield.
