BLOOMFIELD, NJ– The Bears men's basketball team saw their undefeated record in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play blemished as they fell at home Saturday, 79-77 to Chestnut Hill College. The Griffins (7-7, 2-2 CACC) came into The Den and went up by 22 at the half and watched Bloomfield (6-6, 3-1 CACC) storm back to within one before securing the league win in the waning seconds of the game.
 
The home team was led by Tyrek Battle Holley (Jersey City, NJ) who finished the game with a double-double, 22 points and 12 rebounds. Andres Fulgencio (Teaneck, NJ) and Josh Morris (Ewing, NJ) rounded out the home team's top scorers, garnering 16 and 12 points respectively. 
 
The Bears next contest will be in the New Year with a home battle on January 4, 2023 when they host Post University. The Eagles swoop into town for a 7:30 PM CACC tip-off.
