ROCKVILLE CENTRE, NY – The volleyball team travelled to Molloy University on Thursday and dropped the non-conference battle in straight sets, 25-10, 25-13 and 26-24. The setback left the Bears with a 1-7 overall record while the Lions improved to 7-9 on the season.
Lauryn Hansford steered the offense for the second-straight game as she recorded a team-high 23 assists. Esther Dogbe had a game-high, 10 kills to go along with 2 blocks. Libero, Sophia Wintonick registered 7 digs and 4 assists
Bloomfield returns home for their next match-up as Wilmington University visits The Den on Saturday. The Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match is set for a 12:00 pm first serve.
