PHILADELPHIA, PA – The volleyball team fell in straight sets on the road Saturday afternoon at Chestnut Hill College. The, 3-0 setback in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play left Bloomfield with a, 0-6 overall record and a, 0-5 mark in league matches.
The Griffins took the opening two sets by a score of, 25-14 before closing out the match with a commanding 25-6 win. Lauryn Hansford registered a game-high 16 digs while Amanda Arroyo posted 17 assists for the Bears.
Bloomfield's next test will come on Tuesday when they travel to Caldwell University for another CACC test. The Cougars are set to welcome the Bears at 7:00 pm at the Newman Center.
