BRIDGEPORT, Conn. – Women's volleyball dropped their eighth straight match of the season Wednesday against the University of Bridgeport, 3-0. The road sweep left the Bears at 0-8 overall and 0-3 in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) play and improved the Purple Knights' record to 9-6 overall this season and 2-1 in the CACC.
Kyomaris Morales continues to lead the team in kills as she recorded 7 against UB and added a team-high 9 digs. Freshman,
Rayssa Satlher paced the offense with 9 assists and 2 service aces. Sathler and
Angela Diaz Geronimo each registered 2 blocks on the road.
Bloomfield returns to action on Saturday afternoon when they host Jefferson for another CACC match. The opening serve is set for 12:00 p.m. in The Den.
