WEST HAVEN, Conn. The Bears women's volleyball team suffered a, 3-0 setback to the University of New Haven on Friday on the road. The non-conference loss dropped Bloomfield to 0-6 for the season while the Chargers improved to 6-6 overall.        

The home team took charge from the onset and captured sets 1 & 2 by a score of 25-9 in each. New Haven then closed out the sweep with a 25-6 margin in Set 3.

A quick turnaround, the Bears return to action tomorrow at noon for another non-conference test as Pace University comes to The Den.
