BLOOMFIELD, NJ - Bloomfield College Athletics sends their deepest sympathies to the family of former women's basketball player, Estefania Dilone who passed away on February 7, 2026. Estefania, lovingly called 'Nini' was just 25 years old at the time of her passing.
 
Nini is the beloved daughter of Jessica Zevallos and loving sister of Alexandra. She is survived by her dear grandmother Maria Zevallos along with cherished aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. 
 
Nini loved playing basketball at Bloomfield College, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She played in 59 games for the Bears and scored over 100 points in her collegiate career. Nini worked remotely in customer service for a sports apparel company.
 
Visiting for Estefania Dilone will be Friday, February 13th from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm in the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home located at, 596 Belgrove Drive in Kearny. The Athletic Department will hold a moment of silence in her honor before introductions at their final regular season home game at 5:00 pm on Friday. A Funeral Mass will be Saturday at 10:00 am in St. Stephen's Church. 
 
Nini was known for her bright smile, kindness, and fun-loving spirit and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
