PHILADEPHIA, P.A. - The Bloomfield College Bears volleyball team fell in straight sets Saturday afternoon on the road to Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) South Division foe Philadelphia University. The Bears conclude the 2014 regular season at 15-14 overall, 11-8 in CACC play and 4th in the North Division. The Rams improve to 15-14 with the victory overall with a 12-7 mark in conference action, good enough for third place in the South Division.

Terra Ecker (Chapel Hill, N.C.) andÂ
Lauren Elliott (Austin, Texas) before the start of the match. Ecker would lead the team with nine kills and five total blocks (one solo, four assists) for the match, and Elliott had two kills and three digs on the afternoon.
Diannmarie Rivera (Trujillo Alto, P.R) led the Bears with seven kills and nine digs while
Jacquelyn Madlock (Alta Loma, C.A.) recorded 17 assists for the match.Â
Bloomfield will enter the post-season for the first time during the tenure of head coach Amable Martinez with a fourth place finish in the North and will face the top seed of the South Division, Georgian Court University on Tuesday at 7:00 pm. Â
