NYACK, N.Y. - The Bloomfield College volleyball team picked up their second consecutive Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) victory deafeating the Warriors of Nyack College in straights sets 30-28, 25-19 and 25-23. The 3-0 win pulled the Bears to 5-5 on the season with a 2-0 CACC record while dropping the Warriors to 0-15 overall and a 0-4 conference mark.

Diannmarie Rivera (Trujillo Alto, P.R.) continued her stellar play for the Bears notching 14 kills on the night followed by senior
Deandra Black (East Brunswick, N.J.) pouring in 10 kills of her own to go along with 3 blocks. Bloomfield's offense was paced by
Jacquelyn Madlock (Alta Loma, C.A.) and senior
Karol Oliveros (Newark, N.J.) with 17 and 15 assists respectively. Libero
Samantha Rios continued her team leading performance on the back line recording 18 digs for the match giving her 202 digs on the season.
The Bears will be back in action on Saturday, September 27th when they hit the road looking for their third consecutive CACC victory squaring off with Georgian Court at 11:00am before facing non-conference opponent, Southern Connecticut at 1:00pm.
