BLOOMFIELD, N.J. (October 17, 2012) - The Bloomfield College women's volleyball team fell to 2-14 overall and 1-13 in CACC play Wednesday night, as they dropped a 3-0 (25-20, 27-25, 25-17) home decision to CACC North Division rival Nyack College.

Da'Cheray Thomas (Newark, N.J.) paced the Bloomfield attack with nine kills on the night, also finishing tied for the team lead with seven digs. Junior
Dominic Spivey (Newark, N.J.) notched seven kills and joined Thomas with seven digs in the loss, while senior
Allison Hart (Pagosa Springs, Co.) totaled five kills, a team-high 15 assists and six digs in the setback. Sophomore
Deandra Black (East Brunswick, N.J.) continued her solid play in the season's second half, totaling eight kills in the loss.
Bloomfield returns to action Friday, October 19, when they travel to take on CACC North Division foe Felician College in search of a season sweep of the Golden Falcons. Start time for the contest is scheduled for 7:00 PM.
