Box Score Bloomfield, N.J. - The Bloomfield College women's soccer team was unable to hold off the Warriors of Merrimack College as they hand the Bears a 7-0 loss under the lights at Foley Field. The defeat leaves Bloomfield with a 0-8 record on the season while the Warriors improve to 5-2-1 on the year with the victory. Merrimack out-shot the Bears 28-2 on the night with sophomore keeper, Diana Vincentini (Lacey, TWP, N.J.) nothching 11 saves during the contest.

Surrendering 4 goals in the 1st half, the Bears attempted to regroup in the 2nd half however the Warriors kept the pressure on with fresh legs, substituting 15 players during the contest. Vincentini picked up her sixth loss in goal for the season.

Bloomfield will be back in action on the 1st of October when the Clippers come to town for a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) showdown at Foley Field.
